                                                    <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Ukrainian IT company Intellias <a href="https://www.facebook.com/IntelliasUkr/posts/pfbid02fEpKTC9i3ehjPBqmeMUWm8Wcxz5toiawRgE4imc5JmF7yEMDnRRZGrXTTS1xjWcZl" rel="nofollow">has announced</a> that it will open four R&amp;D centers in Madrid and Malaga, Spain, Lisbon and Porto, Portugal, this autumn. </p>    <ul><li>As Intellias CEO and co-founder Vitaly Sedler explained, the decision to enter the Spanish and Portuguese markets was dictated by the company’s business strategy for globalization. The IT industry is developing rapidly in these countries. According to him, there is also a good environment for living and professional growth.</li><li>The new R&amp;D centers, in particular, will allow Intellias to interact and communicate more effectively with its customers in Europe and other regions.</li><li>By the end of 2022, the company plans to welcome more than 100 specialists to the new offices, including local talents and Ukrainians who have relocated to Spain or Portugal.                                                     <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The tech company Intellias continues to expand its geography in Ukraine. This time it has announced the opening of a development center in Uzhgorod, Ukraine. The new office is designed to accommodate 40 specialists.<ul><li>Intellias also has offices that continue to operate in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk. Over 1,300 of the company&rsquo;s employees evacuated to the western regions of Ukraine when the full-scale war began.</li><li>Intellias temporarily suspended operations in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa.</li><li>Previously, the company evacuated more than 390 specialists to Krakow. It has an R&amp;D center there since 2019. In April-May 2022, Intellias&nbsp;<a href="https://en.ain.ua/2022/03/24/intellias-to-open-three-offices-in-poland/" target="_blank" rel="dofollow">plans</a>&nbsp;to set up three more offices in Poland &mdash; in Warsaw, Wroclaw, and Gdansk.</li><li>Apart from opening the Polish offices, Intellias plans to open additional R&amp;D centers in Croatia, Columbia, Bulgaria, and other countries in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.</li><li>Currently, the company has about 240 job openings, and half of the positions are planned to be filled by Ukrainian engineers.</li></ul><figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-ain-capital wp-block-embed-ain-capital"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> <blockquote class="wp-embedded-content" data-secret="CKZ55KwITr"><a href="https://en.ain.ua/2022/03/24/intellias-to-open-three-offices-in-poland/" rel="dofollow">Intellias to open three offices in Poland</a></blockquote> </div></figure></p>]]></content:encoded>

It will be the second Intellias delivery office outside of Ukraine.<ul><li>By the end of 2022, the company plans to hire over 60 engineers working on Embedded, Java, Mobile, IoT, and other technologies.</li><li>Teams from the new center will be involved in the company&rsquo;s long-term projects in the automotive, telecom, fintech, and other industries. Intellias is currently looking for Java developers in Serbia.</li><li>The Serbian office will be located in Novi Sad, the country&rsquo;s second-largest city.</li><li>The first Intellias subsidiary outside of Ukraine was opened in Poland in 2019. In total, the company has eight such centers, six of which are located in Ukraine &mdash; in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Dnipro. In 2021, the Intellias team grew by 70%.</li><li>Intellias is one of the largest Ukrainian tech companies, with 2,500 employees.                                                     <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Intellias, a Ukrainian custom software development company, opens a new office in Dnipro. It will be the company&rsquo;s sixth development center in Ukraine, with other offices located in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, and Ivano-Frankivsk.<p>According to Intellias representatives, the new office is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2022; however, if the office meets the company&rsquo;s standards, it can happen by the end of 2021.</p><h3 class="wp-block-heading">Intellias employs over 2,000 people</h3><p>The company&rsquo;s rapid growth has spurred the opening of the new office. At the beginning of 2021 alone, 436 new specialists joined Intellias, making the company one of the top five market leaders in terms of growth. Today, the total number of employees is more than 2,000 people, 15 of whom work in Dnipro. And by the end of 2022, the company plans to hire at least 100 more.</p><p>The location and design of the new office will fully comply with the &ldquo;smart comfort&rdquo; concept, according to which comfortable working conditions are the top priority.</p><blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p>&ldquo;Dnipro has good potential for the development of an IT industry. There are many talented engineers in the city whom we will involve in creating technological solutions for our clients. Furthermore, we see a great opportunity for the development of the city&rsquo;s IT community and intend to become a part of it,&rdquo; comments Vitaly Sadler, CEO &amp; co-founder of Intellias.</p></blockquote><p>Like the existing offices, the new location will be equipped with spacious work areas, a large number of conference rooms and halls.                                                     <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On February 19, the international association IAOP <a href="https://www.iaop.org/Content/19/165/1793/Default.aspx" rel="nofollow">released</a> the rating The Best of The Global Outsourcing, which contains the 100 best outsourcing companies in the world. This is a commemorative version of the list where new members were not accepted.</p> <p>The jury selected only companies that have already appeared in previous editions. Among the selection criteria there were: an innovative approach to work, certificates and awards for the successful implementation of projects, customer reviews and professional growth of employees. To get into the rating of the company had to send a corresponding application.</p> <p>Compared to 2018, the number of Ukrainian firms and companies with Ukrainian offices decreased from 18 to 15. The 2019 rating included:</p> <ul> <li>EPAM;</li> <li>Ciklum;</li> <li>Luxoft;</li> <li>Intellias;</li> <li>Eleks;</li> <li>N-ix;</li> <li>Sigma Software;</li> <li>Softjourn;</li> <li>Softengi;</li> <li>Svitla;</li> <li>Infopulse;</li> <li>Miratech;</li> <li>Program-Ace;</li> <li>TEAM International;</li> <li>AMC Bridge.</li> </ul> <p>It is noteworthy that the second outsourcer of Ukraine in terms of the number of employees, SoftServe, did not enter the first hundred.
