Ukrainian companies in The 2022 Global Outsourcing 100

The association annually selects the best companies by four criteria: customer reviews, certification & awards, innovativeness of solutions, and corporate social responsibility projects.

Compared to last year, Program-Ace has dropped out of the list, but two new companies have appeared — Softengi and Computools. Thus, the number of Ukrainian outsourcing companies in the rankings has increased.

The full list in alphabetical order is as follows:

Also, the list includes companies Artezio, Avenga and IBA Group, which have offices in Ukraine.

Intetics Inc, a 2017 listing entrant, did not submit the application to participate in the rating of 2018.

According to Andriy Pavliv, CEO of N-iX and chairperson of the supervisory board of Lviv IT cluster, Ukraine’s IT sector grows at the rate of 20% per year with some companies showing a faster pace. This is not only a quantitative but also a qualitative growth. “An increase in presence of Ukraine in Global Outsourcing 100 is indicative of the increasing number of overseas IT companies opening their offices here,” says Pavliv.

IT Ukraine notes a certain trend in the listing since its creation in 2006 – an increasing influence of corporate social responsibility on the company’s international image. This criterion first emerged in 2014 as optional. However, in just two years it became one of the selection criteria.

Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual listing of the world’s top outsourcing service providers and advisors. The list is prepared on the basis of applications received and evaluated by an independent panel of judges from IAOP. The key criteria of inclusion into the list are profitability, team size, best projects, client recommendations, level of corporate social responsibility, and innovations in the delivery of services to clients. The final listing features 75 large players (Leader category features companies whose annual income starts at $50 million with 5k+ employees) and 25 developing companies (Rising Star with annual income up to $50 million and up to 5k employees).
